  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Access to program materials, sessions, and community is granted only after confirmed enrollment and payment.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke participation if conduct is deemed disruptive or misaligned with the program environment.

4. Payment Terms

  • Program fees are listed on the website and are subject to change at any time.

  • Payment plans, if offered, represent a commitment to the full program fee.

  • Failure to complete payment installments may result in suspended access to the program.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review the Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.

6. Intellectual Property
All program content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, guides, exercises, and branding, is the intellectual property of Shalade Detox.

Program access is for personal use only.

7. Participation & Conduct
By enrolling, you agree to:

  • engage respectfully within group spaces

  • maintain confidentiality of other participants

  • refrain from sharing personal information of others outside the program

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of group boundaries may result in removal without refund.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including physical, emotional, or lifestyle results.
Your success depends on personal effort, consistency, and participation.

9. Health & Medical Disclaimer
