REFUND POLICY

Shalade Detox

Due to the nature of our programs and the limited enrollment of Audacious Bloom, all sales are considered final, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refund

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the program start date, provided that:

  • the participant has not attended live sessions, and

  • has not accessed or used a substantial portion of the program materials.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email].

After the Grace Period
Once the program has begun and the 7-day grace period has passed, no refunds will be issued, including for:

  • non-attendance

  • lack of participation

  • personal schedule conflicts

  • dissatisfaction with results
     

This policy is in place to honor the integrity of the program, the group experience, and the commitment required for meaningful transformation.

Payment Plans
All payment plans are a commitment to the full program fee. Missed or unused sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Shalade Detox. Approval is not guaranteed.
